In this project, a new plywood kitchen and dining space open out to receive south light into the rooms while large new windows offer views of the back garden. Italian glazed tiles bring texture to the facade and bounce more light into the interior and onto the new polished concrete floor. The project also involves converting the attic into a bedroom and making 3 new rooflights to the rear-facing pitch of the existing roof.
